Be sure to take your time walking down one the famous avenue in Paris, and don't forget to visit the Arc de Triomphe which can be found at one end, and provides a great view all the way along.

Yes it is a cliche, but you gotta do it. Keep your belongings close in cafes. Check prices before getting comfy and plan where to dine or grab s drink. Wonderful experience overall.

Walk along the less crowded side streets instead. Check out Avenue Montaigne for the best window shopping and people watching.
