جسر ريالتو (بالإيطالية: Ponte de Rialto; بالفينيسية: Ponte de Rialto) هو واحد من أربعة جسور تقطع القنال الكبير في البندقية، إيطاليا. ويعتبر أقدم جسر يقطع القناة، وكان الخط الفاصل بين منطقة سان ماركو و سان بولو.
