Scenic view on the outdoor patio, with unbelievable Martini's, cocktails (honeydew melon for example) gluten free chocolate cake and the staff is incredible. Best view to watch the sun go down.

Try the high tea at Zoe's lounge. Enjoy the pianist and take a breather. A bit pricey (as is most things in the hotel) but it's an experience worth taking away if you are visiting in town.

Very nice place! As a matter of fact when I was checking-in I asked for a free upgrade just for the hell of it! And, surprisingly, I got it! Also - big plus - everybody speak English there! Loved it!

Biggest variety of brunch buffet options in Ottawa, including desserts, cheese, breakfast and lunch choices, salads, soups, omelette bar and others.

Great location and nice hotel - everything is walkable. Be prepared to pay for anything extra, no complimentary water in the room, pay 9$ (!!!) per bottle. Internet had daily fee. Parking expensive.

Good clean room, really nice Canadian toiletries. Staff were none existent but for a cleaner who was super friendly. No parking available, no free wifi (unheard of these days). Needs updating for sure
